All funds expended were used to secure safe, case managed housing for multiple families/individuals. In some cases funds for rental assistance were pro-rated in others extended to allow for safe housing transitions.
21 families/individuals were assisted to secure housing that otherwise would have been homeless. The cost associated with placing each person varied depending on the level of assistance they would need. Our housing case managers identified the appropriate level of assistants each person received and assisted recipients with obtaining employment and/or permanent housing.
- 50% of our grant recipients were able to secure employment.
- 57% of our grant recipients were able to secure permanent housing.
