Bill Dezellum

Chair
William J. Dezellem, CFA is Chief Investment Officer, and President of Tieton Capital Management, which he co-founded in 2005. Bill was the founding Portfolio Manager of the Davidson Investment Advisors Small/Mid Cap Value Strategy. Prior to joining Davidson Investment Advisors, Bill was Vice President of Research and Senior Research Analyst at ICM Asset Management in Spokane, Washington.

Bill Douglas

A third generation Wapato resident, Bill earned his BA in Finance and Accounting from UW and continued through his MBA at Harvard. Bill and Hans Skov bought Yakima Cement Products and Yakima Asphalt Paving Co in 1970 and were partners for 18 years. Bill bought Hans out and operated the company until a sale in the late 1980's. Bill and his brother John founded Douglas Fruit Company in 1985. Bill and Sally have been married for 48 years.

Elizabeth Runde

Elizabeth Runde is President of Runde & Co. LLC in Seattle, Washington, a private wealth management firm. Elizabeth is a registered Investment Advisor and a graduate of the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. She began her career in investment management in 1982 at Citibank in New York. She managed fixed-income assets in excess of $2 billion for International Private Banking clients. In 1986, she accepted a position at J.P. Morgan & co., Inc. where she managed more than $250 million in multi-currency equity and debt accounts. She moved to Hong Kong in 1988 with J.P Morgan to establish and manage an investment management department. Elizabeth has deep roots in Yakima. Her great grandfather, H.M. Gilbert traveled to Yakima on the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1987 where the family grew its fruit business in the lower valley and large parcels of what is now the West side of Yakima. 


Jesse Licht

Jesse M. Licht, CFA is an investment analyst and at BlackRock Alternative Advisors, a division of BlackRock, Inc. BlackRock is one of the world's preeminent asset management firms and premier provider of global investment management, risk management and advisory services to institutional, intermediary and individual investors around the world. At BlackRock, Jesse is a Director and focuses on the selection and ongoing monitoring of hedge fund investments. Jesse's parents are Hamilton and Carol Licht and he grew up in Yakima. Jesse and his wife, Molly Tollefson, established a donor advised fund at the Foundation in 2006.
